Return and Refund Terms
You can request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Some items may not be eligible for a refund (e.g. custom items, discounted items, etc.), please confirm whether a refund policy applies before purchasing.
Return Process
Please contact us through our customer service email at bright@harmonyors.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customer service will respond within 1-2 business days with a return address and further instructions. You must return the item within 7 days of receiving the return instruction and provide valid logistics tracking information.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be refunded to the original account you used when paying. Please note that the exact time it takes for a refund to be credited to your account depends on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
For returns that are not quality issues, shipping costs are at your own expense. If the return is due to a defective product or we sent the wrong item, shipping costs will be borne by us.
